This app does exactly what it says. It works well and is pretty usfull. I think there could be more to it but overal no complaints can be made.

Needs to be more detailed (i.e. functions). Way too basic. An okay start, I guess
Very shallow...basic to an extreme...nothing on popular supplements / herbals etc. Search for reservatrol or maca and nothing.
Thanks for a simple good resource. Cant wait til your update, please add more.
Short, sweet, and to the point. Had way more minerals than I thought, plus I learned some new things too :)
Very good info. Streamline and simple to use!
Its okay, but youre better off going online to sites devoted to nutrition. The info in this app is too simplistic, and its missing a few vitamins and minerals.
This app has the potential of being 5 stars if only theirs more information and more vitamins and minerals. I hope the update would improve a lot
Very elementary!
need more details on minerals. find this part lacking
Not to much but not to little. Good for beginners who want to learn more about how to eat better.
Very informative, and not t.m.i -to the the point and simple to understand! Helpful for those who wants to be more health conscious ;)
Good to know what Vs do and what their food sources are... Makes me appreciate good health even moreso... Think Ill go have some oatmeal with molasses with a healthy sized wedge of cantelope and of course a Centrum Multivitamin now
Fluoride is a poison it actually causes bone illness ,lower ur IQ by 20% Fluoride is a waste product !!!!!!
This is an wonderful app, i like this app so much for my health purpose
I think Andriele is confusing fluorine with fluoride. For more information, Wikipedia has a thorough discussion.
Hardly lists any vitamins and gives about a 4th grade description of them. Good for elementary school kids
Vitamins, minerals and supplements were few and far between. There are so many out there that are not addressed, so many new supplements that wed all like to know about. CoQ 10, just to name one. Also when I downloaded this, the index starts with the letter "c". I downloaded and deleted 3 times. You can keep your app.
The app keeps freezing and crashing whenever I open it.
Great idea for an app, but the content is too abbreviated to be useful. For example, the entry for vitamin b6 lists these sources: meat, fruits and vegetables. We already know that much. That is like saying vitamins and minerals come from food. How about a list of specific food items, in descending order of the amount of this nutrient contained in a standard unit of measure. For example, you could list mg/ounce: summer squash xx mg, spinach xx mg, bell peppers xx mg, etc. If you want to provide an informational ap, provide the information the consumer needs. Why would someone want this ap? They want the ap to use as a handy reference to answer questions they have as they move through the day. Alert nutritarians may overhear a conversation about a specific vitamin or mineral. It would be great to have one place to go to quickly and easily get information about why that element is important, how much the average person needs, what are the symptoms of deficiency, toxicity levels and concerns, what specific food sources provide that nutrient and how much does it provide. Of course this all available on the web and in various books, but it takes time to sift through it all. I like the way your ap is presented with an index on the left side of the screen and one page per entry, but i am deleting it from my ipad because the content is not at all useful. Add useful information to the pages and I would purchase it. I believe many others would also find this very useful with additional information. Tell me WHY the nutrient is needed, DEFINE daily needs, deficiency and toxicity, and WHERE can I find natural sources of this nutrient.
